Pet Transport FAQ

Will my pet ride alone?
Yes. Every ride is private and solo unless traveling with another pet from the same household.

What should I provide?

  • Crash-tested crate if that is how your pet is traveling (vs. a crash tested harness) we are flying to or from your location and/or driving your vehicle as well

  • Crash tested harness - it is best they get familiar with the harness and/or crate at home prior to travel

  • Food, treats, medication with instructions from vet, blanket or favorite stuffy

  • Vet documentation from the past 10 days showing:
    ✔ All vaccinations (including rabies)
✔ Free of any contagious disease

  • Signed contract and 50% deposit

Do I need to be home for pickup or drop-off?
Not necessarily—we can coordinate secure access or work with a designated contact.

How is my pet cared for during the trip?

  • Frequent potty/water/stretch breaks

  • Your feeding schedule is followed

  • Health and behavior are monitored

  • We log rest stops and intake/output

  • No sedation is ever used

  • Clean bedding, climate control, and comfort are provided throughout

What happens overnight on long-distance trips?

  • In most cases, our drivers sleep in pet-friendly hotels so your pet gets a break from the crate/back seat and the driver can rest in a real bed.

  • Short stops (2–4 hours) may be taken at secure, monitored rest areas if needed.
The vehicle remains locked and climate-controlled. Pets are never left unattended.
We don’t sleep overnight in vehicles unless extreme weather or emergencies require it.
