Meet the Team
-
Sarah, Founder & CEO
Sarah is the top dog at Skyz Pet Co.—but don’t let the title fool you. As CEO, she’s not just leading the pack behind the scenes—she’s out walking dogs, making nationwide pet transport runs, and doing drop-in visits right alongside her team.
With a long career as a Chief Operating Officer and CFO (in her “past life”), Sarah knows how to build businesses that run smoothly, but Skyz Pet Co. is her passion project—created to be a pet concierge service where both people and pets feel safe, heard, and seen.
She’s also a leadership & executive coach, helping business leaders grow companies with strong culture and team accountability. That same philosophy is leashed into every part of Skyz Pet Co.—from the way she supports her team to how she builds long-term relationships with pet parents.
Her mission? To provide not just paws-itively great care, but also to create careers—not just gigs—for her team, and to make Skyz Pet Co. a place where wagging tails and happy humans go hand in paw.

Malachi, Business Manager & Pet Concierge
Malachi wears a lot of collars around here—figuratively, of course. As a full-time business student at Providence College and part-time Business Manager at Skyz Pet Co., he plays a key role in keeping our operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
But he’s not just crunching numbers—Malachi also takes on VIP pet transports nationwide, delivering five-star travel experiences for pets who deserve the red carpet treatment. During summers and school breaks, you’ll find him stepping in for dog walking and pet sitting too, especially when the team needs backup. He’s great with small dogs and cats, and always approaches each visit with calm energy and genuine empathy.
As part of our growing pet concierge team, Malachi is all about building trust with pet parents, keeping communication clear, and making every experience feel easy and personal.
And if you’re near Providence, RI during the school year—he’s happy to care for pets locally, too!

Lucy, Director of Culture
Every great team needs someone who keeps the vibes high—and at Skyz Pet Co., that’s Lucy. As our Director of Culture, she’s responsible for greeting everyone with a tail wag, keeping morale sky-high, and reminding us all to take more snack breaks and naps in the sun.
Lucy’s specialties include:
Quality control (especially treats)
Office snuggles & walk breaks
Team-building via fetch
Promoting a warm, inclusive pack culture
She takes her role seriously (but not too seriously), and is always on call for emotional support, spontaneous joy, and leading the occasional Zoom meeting from the couch.
At Skyz Pet Co., we believe in leading with heart—and Lucy keeps us paws-itively grounded in that mission every day.
-
Taylor, Pet Photographer & Transporter
Taylor loves all creatures—furry, scaly, feathered, and everything in between. From lizards and frogs to dogs and deer, she brings calm care and curiosity to every animal she meets. Her backyard is basically a wildlife sanctuary, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
She handles nationwide pet transports with patience and detailed attention, and she also offers professional pet photography as a special add-on for our Skyz Pet Co. clients. Whether she’s behind the wheel or the camera, Taylor’s the kind of team member who always leaps into action and makes animals feel safe, seen, and totally at home.
-
Cathy, Cat Whisperer & Pet Concierge
Cathy is our resident feline specialist and the go-to for cat drop-in visits, pet sitting, and small dog walks. With years of experience caring for everything from dogs and cats to the occasional woodchuck (yes, really!), she brings calm, confidence, and compassion to every home she visits.
While she loves all animals, Cathy has a special connection with cats and is especially skilled at helping shy or anxious kitties feel safe and loved. She also offers transport to and from vet appointments for cats and small dogs.
Bonus: Cathy has a serious green thumb. If she’s watching your pets, you may want to let her tend to your plants too—they’ll thank you for it!
Your pets (and your plants) are in great hands with Cathy.
